About the role#
As a Grain Operations Intern in Pipestone, you will support our facility by managing loadout functions and working directly with our customers. This is a paid, full-time position that offers practical experience in the agribusiness sector. You will work alongside professionals to ensure our operations run effectively while building your own skills in the field.
What you'll do#
- Control and monitor all loadout functions and automatic scale or dump systems.
- Blend products as prescribed and maintain accurate records of these blends.
- Load and unload product from trucks and operate heavy equipment as needed.
- Monitor inventory quality and perform regular facility cleaning and maintenance.
- Assist patrons with a professional and courteous approach to ensure high-quality service.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A background in agriculture is helpful, though not required.
- Previous internship experience is considered a plus.

- This role is based in Pipestone, Minnesota.
- The internship term covers Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- This is an on-site, full-time position.
