About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Davenport, Iowa. You will work on-site at our facility to support grain operations and interact directly with our agriculture customers. This role provides practical experience in daily facility management and customer service.
What you'll do#
- Control and monitor all loadout functions and operate automatic scale and dump systems.
- Blend products as prescribed and manage inventory quality.
- Load and unload product from trucks and operate heavy equipment when necessary.
- Provide courteous service to our patrons.
- Keep accurate records and perform regular facility cleaning duties.
- Follow all company safety requirements and operational procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Previous agriculture experience or internship history is helpful but not required.
