About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Park Rapids, Minnesota. You will work on-site to support our agronomy operations while learning the core aspects of the business. This role focuses on hands-on experience and direct service to our customers.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrients, and seed management.
- Assist with custom application procedures, product mixing, truck driving, and product delivery.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and handle necessary record keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility that follows all safety and environmental policies.
- Help with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, floaters, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Provide customer service and support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
