About the role#
We are looking for an Agronomy Operations Intern to join our team in Colton, South Dakota. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers hands-on experience in the field. You will work directly with our customers to provide service and insights while learning the core aspects of our operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, seed handling, and nutrient management.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on items like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Handle custom application and mixing procedures.
- Deliver products and provide support to our customers.
- Follow all safety and environmental policies to keep the workplace compliant.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- An agriculture background or previous internship experience is helpful but not required.

- Term: Rolling start from Spring 2025 through the summer.
