About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Lake Park, Minnesota. You will work on-site during the Winter and Summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations and work alongside professionals in the field.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills, including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrients, and seed management.
- Assist with custom application procedures, product mixing, truck driving, and product delivery.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and manage record-keeping tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like conveyors, sprayers, floaters, and trucks.
- Provide customer service and support to our clients.
- Ensure all work complies with state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
