About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Lakota, North Dakota. You will work on-site during the winter and summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations, working alongside professionals to support our customers and maintain our facilities.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application, and seed management.
- Handle mixing procedures, truck driving, and product delivery.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like conveyors, sprayers, floaters, and trucks.
- Provide customer service and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
- Manage facility cleaning and organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate machinery such as tractors, loaders, and conveyors.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- A CDL license and forklift certification are preferred but not required.
