About the role#
As an Agronomy Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the field while supporting our daily operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to learn about crop protection, nutrient products, and seed management. This is a paid, full-time position based in Corsica, South Dakota.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including scouting, mixing procedures, and custom application.
- Handle delivery of products and perform general agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and towers.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment that meets all company and local safety policies.
- Provide customer service to our agriculture clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related agriculture degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- An agriculture background or previous internship experience is helpful but not required.
