About the role#
We are looking for an Agronomy Operations Intern to join our team in Hallock, Minnesota. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity available for Winter 2027 and Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations and work directly with our customers to support essential agricultural services.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application, and seed management.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations while monitoring inventory quality.
- Handle record keeping and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment like sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and loaders.
- Deliver products and provide support to our customers.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate machinery such as tractors, loaders, and conveyors.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons.
- A CDL license and forklift certification are preferred.
