About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our clinical program. You will work directly with children aged 3 to 18 and their families. This role requires flexibility as you assist clients in their homes and throughout the community. You will join the Behavioral Health Team to gain experience through shadowing, supervision, and regular team meetings.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct clinical services including individual, group, and family sessions.
- Teach social and parenting skills to clients and their families.
- Advocate for children by coordinating with schools and other community resources.
- Complete Medicaid documentation, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Represent the agency at internal and external meetings.
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward or completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Interest in Psychology or Sociology fields.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
