About the role#
The Professional Development Center at Child Guidance Resource Centers supports lifelong learning for mental and behavioral health professionals. This internship provides hands-on experience in developing training materials, marketing to target audiences, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will work with clinicians and educators to support learning experiences in both clinical and educational settings.
What you'll do#
- Observe and assist with facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Create marketing materials and expand target audiences.
- Participate in program evaluation and data collection.
- Develop and maintain training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and resources.
- Apply various instructional design strategies.
- Explore different training formats including classroom-based, virtual, and e-learning courses.
- Learn about behavioral health within clinical and educational settings.
