About the role#
This Tax Internship provides a look into the public accounting profession. You will work alongside tax professionals and build a foundation for your career in a collaborative environment. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals across all levels of the firm.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions including lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or business administration program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- A strong interest in the public accounting profession.
Location & details#
- Location: Greenville, South Carolina.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2028.
- Pay: $30 to $35 per hour.
