About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will gain direct insight into the public accounting profession. This role provides a foundation for your career by exposing you to various client engagements and professional tax work. You will work alongside professionals at all levels of the firm.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals to learn about their daily responsibilities.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and social functions like lunches and community service projects.
- Complete and present a marketing or research project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without firm sponsorship.

- Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour.
