About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a foundation for your career. You will work with multiple supervisors on various client engagements and participate in team training initiatives. This internship includes social functions such as happy hours, lunches, and community service projects. You will also participate in and present a marketing or research project.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with team members on projects.
- Engage in firm-sponsored training and social events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour.
