About the role#
The Financial & Accounting Outsourcing Intern will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Bedford, Massachusetts, to support client projects and internal accounting processes. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Conduct quantitative analysis using tools such as MS Excel.
- Create accounting workflow and process flowcharts and maps.
- Develop accounting policies and procedures documentation for client businesses.
- Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank statement reconciliations.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support client project teams and assist with the assessment of best practices in accounting systems.
What you'll need#
- Junior status pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates pursuing a CPA are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter within a team environment.

- Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
