About the role#
Chemelex is hiring a Finance Intern to support our NAM Inside Sales team. You will work on-site in Houston, Texas, on a full-time, rolling basis. This is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Enter invoices and related information into customer portals accurately and on time.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure everything is complete.
- Follow specific requirements for different customer portals.
- Track the status of invoice submissions, find missing information or errors, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep organized records of all invoice submissions and supporting documents.
- Help with basic reporting, file maintenance, and general administrative tasks for the NAM Inside Sales team.
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration program.
- Ability to enter data accurately into various systems.
- Capacity to check documents against purchase orders and other requirements.
- Skill in maintaining organized records and files.
