About the role#
As a Student Ambassador, you will be a key player in our apartment community. You will report to the General Manager and handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations. This role requires 20-25 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Manage apartment rentals, including overseeing move-ins and lease renewals.
- Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase apartment features.
- Generate and handle leads, qualify prospects, and maintain guest cards.
- Prepare lease documentation, process applications, and secure deposits.
- Support marketing efforts, participate in weekly leasing meetings, and monitor market conditions.
- Assist with resident functions, manage service requests, and accept rental payments.
- Ensure the office and model apartments are clean and ready for visitors.
- Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
- Maintain open communication with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and online databases.
- Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
