About the role#
As a Student Ambassador, you will work on-site to support the daily operations of our apartment community in Corvallis. You will report to the General Manager and focus on leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. This is a part-time role requiring 20-25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Manage apartment rentals, including generating leads and qualifying prospects.
- Greet prospective clients and conduct property tours to showcase the community.
- Handle all lease documentation, from completing applications and securing deposits to overseeing move-ins and renewals.
- Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Support marketing efforts and participate in community outreach.
- Manage service requests and help plan resident functions.
- Ensure the office and model apartments are clean and open on schedule.
- Monitor market conditions and update reports.
- Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
- Orient new residents and accept rental payments.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and online databases.
- Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
- Ability to maintain open communication with the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
