About the role#
This summer internship offers students the chance to work alongside utility professionals at Central Hudson. You will gain hands-on experience in the electric and natural gas utility industry. The program includes an overview of the industry and provides opportunities to network with employees through planned events and activities.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with mentors to gain practical, hands-on experience.
- Participate in an extensive overview of the utility industry.
- Engage with the team through various company events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in forestry, wildlife management, environmental, or related degree programs.
- Current standing as an undergraduate freshman, sophomore, or junior, or as a graduate student pursuing a master's degree.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A valid driver's license.

- Location: Kingston, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $21 per hour.
