About the role#
Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. offers a full-time, paid internship for students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management. This role is based on-site in Denver, Colorado, and follows a rolling schedule.
What you'll do#
- Help the project team define the sequential steps for all processes within the project scope.
- Support the planning and estimating phases to ensure efficient, safe, and economical form systems.
- Assist in preparing formwork layout drawings and erection instructions for field crews.
- Monitor project safety, costs, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve structural design concerns.
- Complete additional duties as requested to support the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program related to Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM Modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of safety practices and OSHA requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and analyze project information like plan layouts and material deliveries.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $24.00 to $26.50 per hour, based on experience and education.
