About the role#
The CDW Campus Intern Program allows students to gain customer-facing experience and professional development while remaining on campus. Interns work with a dedicated program manager and sales team, receiving six weeks of paid training and ongoing mentorship. This role involves collaborating with team members to learn how to add strategic value to the customer experience through job shadowing, webinars, and vendor-sponsored events.
What you'll do#
- Serve as a liaison between the CDW sales team, the University of Minnesota, and Fortune 500 technology partners.
- Network and build relationships with existing customers across various university departments.
- Research technology trends to identify strategic opportunities for CDW on campus.
- Educate customers on the CDW partnership by highlighting the value and expertise provided to the university.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in an undergraduate program at the University of Minnesota.
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week on campus.
- Effective problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Majors considered include Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, and Political Science.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a paid, year-round, full-time internship based in Minnesota.
- The role is currently remote.
