The Ecommerce Intern supports the Ecommerce team with daily operations and special projects. This role provides hands-on experience in online retail, focusing on the intersection of technology, merchandising, and marketing to shape the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain insight into the operations of an ecommerce business.
What you'll do#
- Support the Cavender’s culture and drive the company mission, vision, and values.
- Conduct quality checks for product data accuracy, images, and descriptions.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure a consistent online experience.
- Analyze product presentation, filtering, and navigation to identify improvement opportunities.
- Research ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
- Participate in meetings and assist with assigned special projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an organized and reliable manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for retail or technology.
- Familiarity with retail or multi-location business operations is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis or problem-solving projects.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Location: Tyler, Texas (On-site at the Home Office).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
