About the role#
This is a 9-week, paid, full-time summer internship designed as an immersive bootcamp. You will work within the Customer Experience team to learn our operations from the ground up. This role provides a 360-degree view of the car-buying journey, from initial customer interaction to vehicle delivery. We aim to develop interns for potential full-time roles within our Advocate Operational teams following graduation.
What you'll do#
- Complete an accelerated training program to learn our business and operations.
- Engage directly with customers through live phone and chat interactions to solve problems.
- Gain exposure to Market Operations to understand the driveway and Vending Machine experience.
- Tour our Car Vending Machine and Inspection Center to see our processes firsthand.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a hands-on capstone project and present your findings to senior leadership.
- Attend exclusive lunch and learn sessions with company executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year university with an expected graduation date in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A genuine desire to help people and a strong sense of empathy.
- Curiosity and a drive to understand the reasoning behind business processes.
- Clear communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when facing challenges.
