About the role#
The Business Analyst Internship Program is a 10-week immersive experience during the summer of 2027. You will work within a cohort to solve business challenges and build a foundation for your career. Every intern is paired with a mentor to provide guidance and insights into the analyst role. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Use your analytic skills to work with data while solving unique business challenges.
- Create insights that drive success and innovation.
- Partner with teams to learn about the business and the impact of your findings.
- Use presentation and communication skills to share your work and effect positive change.
- Participate in training to enhance your technical and soft skills.
- Engage in real-world projects and contribute to the community of analysts.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a rising senior in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- An analytical or quantitative major is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and database systems or software packages like SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and Microsoft Suite is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant project work or past internship experience.
- Enthusiasm for growth, curiosity, and critical thinking skills.
- A commitment to delivering results and continuous improvement.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Richmond, Virginia.
- The work modality is hybrid, with an expectation to work onsite 4 days per week.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
