About the role#
The Student Rotation Coordinator manages clinical rotations for medical students and trainees within our Graduate Medical Education department. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pennington, New Jersey. You will act as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and affiliated schools to ensure smooth program operations.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate clinical rotations for medical students, PA students, and other trainees.
- Manage the onboarding process, including credentialing compliance, computer access setup, and ID badge requests.
- Maintain the master schedule by integrating requests from multiple schools and processing add/drop changes.
- Facilitate student orientations and serve as an on-site proctor for exams.
- Manage communication between preceptors, students, and external school contacts.
- Assist with student evaluations, meeting logistics, and recruitment events.
What you'll need#
- An Associate's degree or at least two years of experience in a scheduling environment.
- One year of prior experience in a medical or academic scheduling setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Intermediate computer skills, including database management and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms like Zoom.
- Majors in Health Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Nursing, Public Health, Sociology, or Criminal Justice are relevant to this work.
Location & details#
- Location: Pennington, New Jersey.
- Schedule: Full-time, day shift, 40 hours per week.
- Pay: $21.33 to $27.73 per hour.
