About the role#
The Global Client Solutions Summer Analyst program is a 10-week internship based in Boston. You will join the Global Client Solutions team to gain direct experience in business development and client engagement within the investment management industry. This role involves working alongside senior professionals on projects that span the entire client journey, from initial prospect identification to long-term relationship management.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market mapping, qualify prospects, and support outreach campaigns to build the business development pipeline.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and introductory meetings for clients and prospects.
- Support onboarding, relationship-building, and client retention activities.
- Analyze client feedback, assess relationship risks, and contribute to resolving client issues.
- Work closely with Investment Directors and subject-matter experts across the firm.
What you'll need#
- You are a bachelor’s degree candidate with a record of high academic achievement. Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Demonstrated interest in finance, investments, entrepreneurship, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027 (mid-June to mid-August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You are expected to work in the office at least 4 days per week.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
