This is a full-time Product Engineering internship focused on the simulation and verification-validation testing of high-speed digital systems. You will work from the Burlington, Massachusetts office during the Fall 2026 semester.
What you'll do#
- Simulate PCBs and packages using commercial 2.5D electromagnetics simulators.
- Extract models and impedance profiles.
- Perform time domain analysis.
- Provide feedback to developers regarding the usage of simulation tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a MSEE program or equivalent degree.
- Coursework or experience in electromagnetics, optimization, signal processing, system analysis, and channel theory.
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and extraction tools, such as Cadence Sigrity, ADS, or HFSS.
- Interest or experience in machine learning is considered a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: $35 to $55 per hour, with potential eligibility for incentive compensation including bonus, equity, and benefits.
