About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship is a full-time, paid position based in Kansas City, Missouri. It is designed for undergraduate students currently in their junior or senior year. You will work alongside industry professionals to gain hands-on experience in business development and account management within the logistics and transportation sector. The program begins with an interactive onboarding process to introduce you to our internal business processes and technology systems.
What you'll do#
- Learn and apply supply chain best practices alongside experienced professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use our proprietary technology system, Navisphere, to manage logistics tasks.
- Apply skills in sales, negotiation, and operations management.
- Contribute to team goals while managing independent projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program, specifically in business, marketing, supply chain management, or communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high attention to detail.
