About the role#
The Associate Portfolio Executive internship is a full-time summer program for students interested in business development and account management. You will join our sales team to learn how we help companies manage their supply chains. The program includes an interactive onboarding process to introduce you to our technology, business strategies, and company culture. You will work alongside professionals to gain hands-on experience while building your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices from industry professionals.
- Build relationships with internal teams, customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Use our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere, to support business operations.
- Engage directly with clients to drive business growth and provide service.
- Apply skills across transportation and logistics, including sales, negotiation, and operations management.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate student at a Junior or Senior level.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results.
- Strong multitasking skills and high attention to detail.
- A driven, enthusiastic, and motivated approach to work.
- Appreciation for a diverse and inclusive work environment.
