About the role#
The Production team at BWE manages the procurement, marketing, and closing of commercial real estate financing transactions. As a summer intern, you will gain exposure to capital markets, deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and market trends. You will work across various asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and lodging.
What you'll do#
- Provide underwriting support for active deals, including financial analyses, lease reviews, and market surveys.
- Conduct research on clients, properties, and the broader market.
- Prepare marketing materials for clients and capital sources.
- Inspect real estate sites and surrounding land uses.
- Maintain the office pipeline reports and the contact database for customers and capital providers.
- Handle ad hoc special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are a current undergraduate sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- You have experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- You possess strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic and a desire to learn underwriting and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with Argus Enterprise, Adobe InDesign, and Salesforce is preferred.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
