About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within our Property Development department at our corporate headquarters. You will work alongside industry leaders to support vendor strategy, financial analysis, and strategic planning. The program includes direct mentorship, networking opportunities with leadership, and a capstone project that you will present to senior management at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Assist with managing vendor relationships, hosting quarterly business reviews, and conducting financial analysis.
- Support management through the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Maintain and organize vendor information.
- Create presentations and dashboards to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects.
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and present a final capstone project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- An interest in analytics, procurement, and business operations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Work Modality: Hybrid schedule.
- Compensation: $23 per hour.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation is required as the office is not accessible by public transit.
