About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Indianapolis. You will work on-site at the property to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry. Please note that this role requires availability to work on weekends.
What you'll do#
You will support the daily operations of our property management team. Your tasks include:
- Assisting with budgeting processes.
- Learning Fair Housing laws and occupancy standards.
- Handling documentation and marketing efforts.
- Managing make-ready processes for units.
- Supporting leasing activities and resident relations.
What you'll need#
- You are at least a sophomore pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- You maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable private transportation.
