About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program designed to solve complex customer problems. You will work in a team environment that simulates a startup accelerator. Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship from senior leaders and use Booz Allen products and engagement models to build solutions. The summer concludes with a final project presentation to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop a breakthrough idea or solution for a pressing customer challenge.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems in a startup simulation.
- Present final challenge projects to senior leaders.
- Use Booz Allen products and engagement models to address specific needs.
What you'll need#
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- You must be scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter 2027, Winter 2028, Spring 2027, or Spring 2028.
