About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program designed to help you develop solutions for complex customer problems. You will work in teams to address specific challenge projects, simulating a startup environment. The program concludes with a Challenge Cup competition where you present your work to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop ideas and technical solutions for multidimensional client problems.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project goals.
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders throughout the summer.
- Participate in the Challenge Cup competition and final presentation.
What you'll need#
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- You must be scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter or Spring 2027, or Winter or Spring 2028.
