About the role#
This is an 8-month internship within the Research and Technology Program Office. You will support the coordination of collaborative projects involving industry, academic, and government partners. The role focuses on project governance, process improvement, and technical research to support ongoing aviation initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate research and technology projects with external partners.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing tools and internal processes.
- Maintain project governance, track action items, and document lessons learned.
- Research technical aspects of new and ongoing projects.
- Assist with financial reporting for various funding mechanisms.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the second or third year of an Aerospace Engineering program.
- Interest in product development and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A self-starting mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to stay informed on current technological developments.

- Employment type: Full-time, paid internship.
- Compensation: CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour, based on qualifications.
