About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the production support team at our Pointe-Claire facility. This role operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support the deployment of a tooling management project.
- Evaluate and propose optimization and standardization opportunities for assigned projects.
- Manage and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across various operations.
- Contribute to project strategy, including scope, resources, deadlines, costs, risk management, and quality.
- Handle change requests and assist in problem resolution to keep deliverables on track.
- Develop performance indicators based on internal processes and project progress.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Production, Warehouse, Methods, Industrial Engineering, and Quality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one year of your program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- A genuine interest in managing a project through its entire lifecycle.

- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Note: This position is open to students only. You may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
