About the role#
This internship supports the Bombardier Eco demonstrator program within the Research & Development group. You will work on the T602 project, focusing on critical aircraft control architecture and new Fly-By-Wire (FBW) systems. The team manages FBW systems for the Global 7500 platform and secondary flight controls for other Bombardier aircraft. You will work in a virtual test bench environment to support system model integration.
What you'll do#
- Support integration efforts between different system models in a virtual test bench environment.
- Check interfaces and logic in collaboration with Thales.
- Assist in preparing for verification campaigns on integrated test benches, specifically ACSIL and FCSIL.
- Contribute to the Bombardier Eco demonstrator program.
- Support the Research & Development group on the T602 project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering program.
- Familiarity with Fly-By-Wire (FBW) systems.
- Knowledge of Matlab and Simulink.
- Proficiency in English (French is an asset).

- This is a paid, full-time internship for current students only. Occasional travel outside of Canada for training or work may be required.
