About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will support the organizational learning team in Dorval. The role operates on a hybrid schedule and is open to students currently enrolled in a degree program.
What you'll do#
- Work with business partners to assess and prioritize training requests.
- Manage training schedules, book classrooms, and ensure capacity is optimized.
- Enter data to assign skills and certifications to employees.
- Keep the Learning Management System (LMS) updated.
- Maintain and update Excel databases.
- Assist with special projects, including process improvements, the French language program, and the implementation of a new LMS.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have completed at least two study terms.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- Good organizational and planning abilities.
- Solid computer skills, specifically with Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI is an asset.
- Good judgment and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
