About the role#
Bombardier is hiring an Operations Coordinator intern for the Winter 2027 term. This role supports the operations management team in a production environment. You will help coordinate aircraft delivery actions and track progress on projects focused on health, safety, productivity, and process improvement. This is a full-time, paid position based in Dorval, Quebec, with a hybrid work arrangement.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate actions for aircraft in delivery.
- Track progress on satellite projects regarding safety, productivity, and process improvement.
- Manage administrative and operational follow-ups for the team.
- Participate in activity planning and monitor schedules.
- Consolidate performance indicators.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain action plans.
- Act as a communication link between stakeholders to ensure project visibility.
- Support the execution of sector priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Note that this position is open to students only and not to new graduates.
- Ability to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
