About the role#
This internship focuses on mass properties within our aviation engineering team. You will support engineering and manufacturing groups by managing data related to aircraft weight and balance. This is a full-time, paid position based in Dorval for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Calculate weight and center of gravity based on engineering documents.
- Contribute to weight status reports, weight and balance reports, and weight estimates.
- Participate in the change management process and update deliverables accordingly.
- Support engineering and manufacturing teams with ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a third-year student in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience building macros considered an asset.
- Familiarity with CATIA or other CAD software.
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and manage tasks under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to teamwork.
- Availability for a potential internship extension.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: 8 months.
- Eligibility: Open to current students only, not new graduates.
- Note: Interns may occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
