About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the assembly manufacturing support team to manage projects, analyze production data, and improve operational efficiency. This role is based at the Marcel-Laurin plant and operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Manage small and medium-term projects and track their progress.
- Analyze non-quality data and suggest corrective actions.
- Work with manufacturing staff to increase process efficiency.
- Solve management issues using IT solutions.
- Identify production needs and remove non-value-added activities.
- Use production KPIs to analyze performance.
- Optimize autonomous maintenance processes.
- Assist the manager with daily operations.
- Develop and improve production tools and processes.
- Audit processes to ensure they function correctly and provide recommendations.
- Attend executive committee meetings periodically.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program related to the field.
- Experience with Catia and SAP software.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).

- Note: This position is open to students only. You may be required to travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
