About the role#
This internship provides legal and contracts support to the Services and Support (Aftermarket) teams. You will work alongside experienced lawyers and contracts professionals in a global company. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including non-disclosure, warranty, data license, and authorized service facility agreements.
- Assist the Contracts and Legal Services team by drafting correspondence and gathering documentation for internal strategies.
- Research and analyze legal issues related to commercial, private international, and privacy law.
- Present your findings to the legal team through written reports or oral presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, procurement, and strategy departments.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university law degree program.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong drafting skills in English.
- Advanced research and analytical skills.
- Experience conducting legal research and drafting clear, concise legal memoranda.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing or drafting contracts is an asset.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: 4 months.
- Note: This position is open to current students only. Interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
