About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term based in Dorval, Quebec. You will work within the Technical Publications department, focusing on production planning and analysis. This role requires a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Ensure partner production line methods and changes align with the master plan.
- Balance production line planning to support aircraft delivery configurations.
- Map and communicate production processes.
- Propose and implement changes using Lean and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Manage problem resolution from initial root cause identification through to implementation.
- Support Technical Publications change plans through administrative tasks.
- Learn and use Technical Publications Authoring Systems while following ATA and S1000D documentation standards.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student, not a new graduate.
- Proficiency in Excel application and software development.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Participation in daily morning meetings and team reviews.
- Knowledge of ATA and S1000D specifications and their application in technical publications.

- Note: You may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for training or work purposes.
