About the role#
We are looking for a Video Production Intern to join our Creative Solutions/WünderLab department. You will work with our in-house team to support all phases of video development, from initial planning to final publishing. This role provides hands-on experience in creating content for internal communications, marketing, and events.
What you'll do#
- Assist with production planning, including scheduling logistics and shoot preparation.
- Provide support on-set during studio and location-based video shoots.
- Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
- Create production documents such as shot lists, briefing notes, and call sheets.
- Organize footage, project files, and video assets.
- Support the team during post-production reviews and content publishing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least 12 credit hours for undergraduates or 9 credit hours for graduate students.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Major or minor in a related field.
- Working knowledge of the video production process and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and an interest in storytelling.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Willingness to complete a drug test and a post-offer physical if required.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
- The work modality is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week on-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship position with a rolling term.
