About the role#
This co-op position is based at our Gainesville, Georgia, facility. You will work within the Business Process Excellence department to improve how we track and visualize performance metrics. This is a full-time, paid role for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Build and launch digital solutions for site tier 2 and tier 3 KPIs on a daily and weekly basis.
- Create a digital pipeline to manage and prioritize future Business Process Excellence project opportunities.
- Maintain and update visual management boards with new metrics as needed.
- Gain exposure to poultry vaccine manufacturing processes and pursue Lean Six Sigma white belt and yellow belt certifications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Completion of at least 12 credit hours for undergraduates or 9 credit hours for graduate students.
- Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards and connecting data across different systems.
- An interest in biological vaccine manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to work on-site in Gainesville, Georgia.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Willingness to complete a drug test and post-offer physical if required.
