Student Experience Specialist, Fall 2026 (Co-op/Internship)

About the role#

The Student Experience Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of Student and Early Talent programs. This role focuses on creating positive, memorable experiences through event logistics, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication. You will work collaboratively to bring programs to life from concept to execution, ensuring high attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

What you'll do#

• Support and lead the planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
• Develop clear and compelling presentations, proposals, and communications to support program initiatives.
• Assist in building detailed event and program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring delivery within budget.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of all program components.
• Monitor program and event performance, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external groups.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op, internship, or work-integrated learning program.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing events, such as through student clubs, extracurricular activities, or previous internships.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with public speaking.
• Experience creating presentations, proposals, or pitch materials.
• A proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
