Administrative Assistant Intern (Co-op/Internship)

About the role#

This Administrative Assistant Intern position is a full-time co-op/internship opportunity based in Montreal for the Fall 2026 term. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the wealth management team, contributing to business objectives and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do#

• Provide administrative support for financial and investment planning, including preparing information for client meetings and annual reviews.
• Contribute to team business objectives by maintaining client relationships and identifying acquisition opportunities through internal and external sources.
• Expand business growth potential through telemarketing and outbound calls.
• Coordinate marketing activities and sales materials to support client interactions.
• Analyze data and information to provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting via dashboards.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary while adhering to risk and compliance policies.
• Manage calendars to coordinate customer meetings and ensure adequate office coverage.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics and returning to studies after the term.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of investment processes, procedures, and proprietary products.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain high-quality service standards.
