About the role#
As a Student Ambassador, you represent Blinn College by sharing your experience with prospective students and the community. This paid position requires approximately fifteen hours of work per week throughout the semester.
What you'll do#
- Lead tours for prospective students and their families.
- Speak to school and civic groups.
- Help with recruiting activities.
- Staff the information desk in the administration building.
- Complete daily clerical tasks and other assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills.
- Good academic standing.
- Leadership experience and professional composure.
- A sense of responsibility and availability for scheduled shifts.
- Enrollment as a Communications major.
