About the role#
Black Diamond Networks offers a full-time, on-site Sales Internship at our Lincoln, Rhode Island office. This program focuses on practical experience, providing you with direct mentorship from our hiring managers. You will gain insight into the daily operations of our Account Executives and recruiters while working in a casual office environment.
What you'll do#
- Observe and support the daily tasks of the recruiting and sales teams.
- Build new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Learn the full lifecycle of the role, including how to qualify clients, make placements, and manage professional relationships.
- Work 30 to 40 hours per week with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales or recruiting.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with a focus on phone interactions.
- A history of achieving goals and a creative, energetic approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
- You must have reliable housing and transportation within 30 minutes of our office at 640 George Washington Highway.
- This is a paid internship offering an hourly wage plus uncapped bonus potential.
