About the role#
BGE, Inc. is hiring for a Land/Site Development intern in Tampa. This is a paid, full-time position that runs on a rolling basis. You will work on-site and gain experience through mentorship from current employees.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on civil engineering projects.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from BGE staff.
- Attend training and events focused on your career development.
- Engage in intern-specific activities alongside your regular project work.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- An aptitude for learning industry-specific software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
