About the role#
As a High School Culinary Intern at Finley Farms, you will work alongside our team to support hospitality operations. This role provides on-the-job training and professional development. Upon completing the program, you will receive an internship graduation certificate and may be considered for a letter of recommendation or future permanent employment.
What you'll do#
- Attend all scheduled shifts and participate in program activities.
- Execute tasks in assigned areas based on property needs.
- Support hospitality services and work toward team goals.
- Learn to safely handle job-specific tools and small kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a professional and high-quality service environment.
- Participate in daily team huddles and safety meetings.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years of age.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the work site is required.
- You must be available for the full commitment of the internship program.
- You should be able to meet the minimum criteria for the internship program.
- We look for a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds.

- This position is located in Ozark, Missouri, at the Ozark Mill.
- This is a paid, on-site, full-time internship with a rolling term.
